How Sweet It Is: Coffee & Sweets

			We, chef co-owners Ellen Sternau and Beth Pilar, decided it was high time to share our love for beautiful delicious pastries and extraordinary coffee with our neighbors. We feel it's essential that everything we produce not only looks delicious and mouthwatering, but tastes even better. Each cake, tart, and cookie is handmade from scratch with the freshest ingredients available. The results are sophisticated, delightful, and addictive. We hope you think so too. Our expansive selection of pastries and cakes are complemented by coffee and espresso drinks from Counter Culture beans, and tea from Serendipitea. The menu offerings will change on an ongoing basis to reflect ingredient freshness, seasonality and availability. How Sweet It Is provides a brief encounter of lasting pleasure.
